Grain Bar Cured and Caviar Menu

Grain bar up at the rocks with its focus on quality drinking is creating a special menu that matches premium spirits with house-cured meats and caviar. This one of a kind pairing matches spirits with the complex flavours of caviar and subtly spiced cured meats.

Five pairings are featured on the menu

  • Russian vodka, Yasa elite caviar
  • Tequila and salt, lime-cured kingfish
  • Gin with kangaroo jerky
  • Venezuelan rum with duck prosciutto
  • single malt whisky, wagyu

Cured & Caviar was created by Grain bar manager Alexandra
Dahlenburg and head chef Jared Reeves in collboration to showcase the best in flavours.

“The idea behind the pairings is to showcase the wonderful work of master
distillers and celebrate the time and passion that goes into producing
premium spirits,” Alexandra

“In turn, we’ve created food pairings using top quality produce and taking
our time curing in-house to ensure each match brings out the best in the
spirits,” Jared

Grain Bar serves up creative tasty cocktails, local wine, boutique beer, and some of the best bar food in Sydney. Hours: open from lunch until late.
