Macaron Day is coming up this 20th March 2016 and NYC chef Francois Payard will be creating a new dessert for the food day. His creation? A mash-up of the Macaron and the humble doughnut. Macaronut is gonna be rocking the world.
Chef Payard launched Macaron Day in 2010 in New York City.
Bakeries from NYC that are participating in Macaron Day? Bouchon Bakery, Macaron Parlour, Sugar and Plumm and Maison du Chocolat, among others.
